You are coming to this lovely island not just for our wedding, but for adventure, exploration, a calming of spirit, to relax and renew. . . and the last thing we want is for you to feel like you have to be on a schedule.

That said, there are a few activities that we would ask for your help with or ask that you attend. The itinerary and calendar below help you to know what is happening, when.





Bridal Party / Family Itinerary (BP/Fam) - for the Bridal Party and Family only and includes a 'Families Meet' dinner and the rehearsal dinner.

6/13 Groomsmen, Father of the Bride - Tux Fitting

'Families Meet' Dinner - Dinner at Bucca di Beppo - 5:30pm to 9:00pm - Randy and Karen to host
We would like all who can to attend
   
6/14 Polynesian Cultural Center - to make reservations click here
caravan leaves Waikiki at 9:00am and returns 11:00pm
Family can opt in or out
   
6/15 Kailua Beach - picnic - 11:00am to 3:30pm - everyone bring their own lunch

Randy's Bachelor Party - 6:00 - location TBA
Karen's Girls' Night Out - 6:00 - location TBA

Free Day - Girls Spa Day

Rehearsal Dinner - 6:30pm
Meet at Duke's Statute at 6:30 for actual walk-thru of ceremony then walk to Pacific Beach Hotel, Oceanarium Restaurant for dinner. Rehearsal Dinner at 7:30pm.
All Bridal Party and family will attend - Randy and Karen to host
   
6/17 Reception Setup - Laniakea YWCA - 10:00am to 4:00pm - 'All Hands on Deck' - Need all bridal party and family to help (at least for awhile) with setup

'Thank You' Dinner - dinner to thank all those who have traveled so far (but all guests are welcome)
Spaghetti Factory - 6:30pm - Randy and Karen to host - please rsvp with R&K by clicking here or call them at 808-395-7874 and leave a message - BP/Fam can op in or out
